'Steps Leading To You'.

12 new songs, born despite over nearly 2 years of pandemic separation and challenges.
Songs of which are from experiencing the origins of ancestry, that I have recently been honoured to have discovered. Songs in other languages from collaborating with friends from over the seas. Songs of love, gratitude, renewal, loss and death. Also a few of my favourite covers. One of which I would sing as a teenager, that comforted and assisted with the shaping of my life.

And... of course a couple of tunes for our precious Earth and Animals.

The sense of being reawakened, through a profound recent NDE; coupled with poignant focused integrative embodied inner work and a variety of different healing and holistic modalities, counselling and psychological /emotional alchemy has guided me to this creative expression and spiritual development.

We are all capable of calming and quieting the mind, with wings so steady that we are not afraid of flying. Pulling ourselves out of trauma states, with new understandings. Often life can create thoughts and ripples in the mind to pull one under. Learning how to extract oneself from being caught in the state of a disturbed mind. Listening, watching to those thoughts and their origins can give a higher understanding of expressing a more authentic present life.

The more I live in a place of surrender, and trust; the more I can figure out that the world which is front of me now, did not happen a moment ago. How much can I understand the world is coming in front of me, and I must figure how past experiences that I have had; which makes me feel comfortable, and other times... uncomfortable.

In the shadow are our jewels and our point of power.

The nature of things cause certain changes, leaving an impression.. Learning to let some of those experiences go.

The option is to be comfortable and relax the different states of the mind when it responds and reacts to what comes in. Let it run its course. Release. Lean behind what is happening. You can't fight with the mind. Feel it pass and not hang onto it; when you are in there struggling and fighting with the reflection of the past or projecting into the future. You do not react by fighting with those thoughts. Bringing harmony to the newness of life. Learning how to not create new problems.

See the ripples come and go. Away from your personal self.
Untethered. Growing.

Decide and then... I/You/We can fly in luminosity
